]]> Photo of an old bench at a small trainway stopA few miles from my where my parents live is an old railway station, today it is more like a footboard. The train almost never stops here anymore. The sign hasn’t been changed to the new layout from DSB. The bench seems like one put there by a regular passenger, and not one put there by the railway company.
I often take the the train to my parents place and pass this weird footboard at a “three houses, one bridge, a single cafeteria and huge mainroad”-city. One day I pressed the stop button as we got to the station. Jumped out in the middle of nowhere. Packed out my camera and did this shot. Felt good. A little adventure in the everyday life. Or something.

The next 50 minutes in cold wind blowing directly from the sea (Limfjorden) was a pain though.

Guess I just really dig shallow depth of field (who doesn’t) and concrete covered in algaes. I really like the detailed bolt in the foreground. I added some extra sharpen and contrast on the front bolt, just to make it pop.
